*If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, I respectfully request 48 hours notice.
Cancellations or missed appointments without timely notice will result in a $50 service fee.
*In order to achieve optimal results, your 6 week touch up is required.
*Your 6 week touchup is included in all pricing.
*All appointments require a $100 deposit which goes towards your total.
*Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations regardless of the circumstance.
*You’re able to reschedule your appointment once. Additional reschedules will result in loss of initial deposit and an additional $100 deposit will be required prior to scheduling.
*You're able to reschedule up to 1 month from your previously scheduled appointment. Anything after will result in loss of deposit and a new deposit will be required.
*If your included touchup isn’t scheduled within 12 weeks from your initial procedure, it will be considered a “Refresh”.
*If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appt and it falls on a day I’m not in office, this still acts as not giving the proper 48 hours notice and your service fee still applies.
*Due to working with bloodborne pathogens and needles, no children are allowed inside ShadesbyPaige. If you have an appointment, please find childcare prior. This is to protect my business as well as the safety of your children. If you do come with children, your appointment will need to be rescheduled and a service fee will be applied.
